Dorval, Montréal
Dorval, nicknamed La Cité des Chênes because of its numerous oak trees that dot the city, is a peaceful residential town on the island of Montreal, in the west of the island. It offers a family living environment, green parks, easy access to the Montreal international airport, and appreciated proximity to the metropolis. Located along the St. Lawrence River, it offers superb views of the water. It owes its name to Jean-Baptiste Bouchard known as Dorval, one of the first settlers in the region.
