There is a doorman to assist with things during the day & every night for security, a convenience store, hair salon, Pancake house, Chiropractor, and restaurant in the building. This building is a 10 min LRT ride to the University of Alberta, and a bit longer to Southgate mall. Rent is $1400 and includes heat, water, power, and internet. Looking for a min 8 month lease, but will give priority to a 1 year lease. The unit is available for May 1. There is no parking with the unit.
