I will be going to school in Saskatoon starting September, and am looking for a roommate to share my house with. You will likely have the place to yourself for 8 months of the year while I am away (with visits on the odd weekend).

I am looking for a responsible and tidy roommate for this comfortable 3-bedroom house. The room for rent is either the second bedroom with exclusive use of the adjacent bathroom, or the master bedroom with private ensuite bathroom. Other areas are shared (living room, kitchen, basement).

The basement has in-suite laundry with lots of space to store belongings and set up gaming/craft/workshop area.

New triple pane windows keep the house cool during the summer (around 19°C).

Large backyard with deck and patio is able to host BBQ's with ease, and ambient lighting allows for entertaining into the evening. This house has back alley access, which means garbage bins do not need to be moved for disposal on a weekly basis.

There is easy access to the Henday, and the house is close to the Grey Nuns Hospital. There is also has a bus stop down the street, with an LRT station a short distance. The neighborhood has many grocery stores and there is lots of parking on the driveway/street. Garage parking at extra cost.

No parties, no smoking, and no pets, please.

I am a 33 year old male, who will be attending school for a professional degree out of province. I welcome both male or female roommates, and am very respectful with a low-key lifestyle. I am neat and tidy and looking for someone who will be considerate of shared living spaces. My place is not 'fancy' by any means, but it is well maintained and offers an affordable opportunity to save on expenses.
