-must be ok with dogs as a shihtzu lives here

- 500$ a month. Out door parking spot available for 25$ a month.

Damage deposit of one month’s rent needed for short term rentals as well. This will be returned at the end. Internet and utilities is included.

- No smoking parties or vaping -

No additional pets.

- One month to four month leases available. Must provide proof of enrolment at the university if a student.

This is now available for from May 2025-August 29-2025. Sept- April academic year has been spoken for.
