**The bedroom is furnished as I will provide you a new mattress, bed, dresser, AC unit (Summer only), and LCD TV.

**Street parking is available which is closer to the complex.

**High-speed internet service, with a secured and monitored alarm systems (fire/flood/burglary/CO).

**Brand new kitchen appliances and TV in the living room.

**There's also storage space for your extra belongings.
