We are predominantly mature, optimistic, happy, positive thinking males, who welcome any like minded adult to join our peaceful home.

It's only 2 blocks to transit; 15 minutes to Ctrain, Or there's lots of safe street parking on Diamond boulevard. The home is minutes from anywhere in Calgary by car. I can be home in 12 - 15 minutes from a night out at the Jubilee or the airport is only 19-22 minutes away straight up Deerfoot. It is an Excellent Excellent location and will definitely get better once the amazing Deerfoot construction ends. And by the way.... the construction is not issue at this time.

My spouse and housemates are very trustworthy, polite and social but at the same time truly do honour individual privacy. We do know how to politely ask for our privacy too. Many past housemates have remained good friends, even after they've moved out or retired back east. 

Rent is only $200.00 per week, paid every two weeks, 26 times a year. Please do the math.
