The condo is a corner unit with lots of light, a balcony, in suite laundry, a dishwasher, fireplace, a pantry, and some storage. I have a friendly cat who you'll love. Unfortunately she doesn't get along with other animals though so you won't be able to bring a pet. All utilities are included. Female preferred but open to other genders too.
