Fairview - Room for rent | 7512 Fleetwood Drive Southeast, Calgary

I have 1 room available that I would like to rent out to someone. The house is a 1000 sq.ft. single story bungalow with an unfinished basement (which I am looking to finish into a legal basement suite and rent out within a year or so). The house has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms (shared shower/tub). There is a detached 3-car heated garage and I would make one of the spots available for the tenant. The back deck also has a hot tub which is working and maintained by myself, and would be available for use.

The house is mostly furnished. I am looking at adding a bed for the room available.

I am a 29 year old male working professional and also occupy the home myself. I have a Siberian husky who also lives at the house full time so you must be dog friendly.

Dogs are negotiable - it completely depends on how well they get along with my dog (and 1 dog at most). Smoking is not allowed in the house but you can smoke outside. No drugs.

Ideally you are someone who is also a young professional who is dog friendly, clean, and respectful of shared spaces or someone who is working shift work.
