My girlfriend and I are looking to rent out our spare room. The house is a custom home and was designed with double master suites. The bedroom is large with very large windows, a walk-in closet, an attached private bathroom with heated tile floors, double vanity sinks, and a walk-in shower.

The main floor has a high-end kitchen and a living room with an electric fireplace that will be a shared space.

There is also a large hot tub that we'd be willing to share, but it would add $100 to assist in the maintenance and upkeep (ask for more details if interested).

Our current roommates are moving out at the end of September, so an early move-in would not be possible.

My girlfriend and I are in our mid-late 20s, both just finished our studies and are now working. The house won't have many furnishings in the beginning, but we will be filling out the house throughout the year. Ideally, we'd be looking to share the space with another couple or students/young professionals, but we are open to anyone who may be interested.
