I'm looking for two or more clean, mature, responsible people who pay the rent on time. Harvest Hills neighborhood. Month to month basis. It could be negotiable as well. One bedroom (east facing) is furnished and the second bedroom (south window) is unfurnished but can be furnished. I also have a master bedroom with ensuite available but I have not uploaded those pics yet as I would consider renting all three at the same time if there is interest.

Location is great. Easy access to Country Hills, Stoney Trail, Deerfoot Mall, Cross Iron Mills Mall and really close to the airport (7 minutes). Close to all amenities, Canadian Tire, Superstore, Sobeys, Shoppers, Tim Hortons, Home Depot, Burger King, Vivo, etc.

Rent includes all utilities except cable. (Electricity, water, heat, recycling, internet, and Netflix. No cable.

Beautiful sunroom and BBQ available to enjoy.

The rent is as follows:

Bedroom 1: approx 10' x 11' (East facing Window) is $1000 a month. Currently showing as furnished.

Bedroom 2: approx 10' x 12' (South facing Window) is $1000 a month. Currently showing as unfurnished.

Shared kitchen, shared bathroom and shared laundry.

There is one parking spot available in the attached double garage for $50 per month. Otherwise parking is available on the driveway or on the street.

References required. Proof of employment.
