About the Room:

Flexible move in date. There is a service dog and a pet cat that you would be sharing the common spaces with. (In case you have allergies.) No other pets are allowed in the unit. Street parking available. (Only around $100 a year for a street permit.) You get your own private large room (unfurnished). You also have access to storage space. There is a bike rack outside for your bike. Nice yard with a firepit to enjoy when you want. Common spaces are furnished and shared with 1 female roommate. The space is to be kept clean. The unit is 1100 sqft and the flooring is brand new laminate. Bathroom is tiled and very large. Bathroom has a tub/shower, sink and toilet. Kitchen is spacious and has nice quartz countertops. Fridge, freezer, oven, stove top, microwave and air fryer are in the kitchen. Laundry is on site and shared with 4 other people. (Your roommate and the 3 people living in the other unit.) Internet included. Utilities not included. (Averages $100 per month for heat, water, electricity and garbage disposal. Paid quarterly. (Every 3 months.))

Neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. Lots of walking paths to stroll on. 12 minutes walk from LRT station. 2 minute walk from Market Mall. Walking distance to grocery stores. Right beside U of C. Close to the river. Many other amenities are within walking distance.

About the People:

You would be living with a 24 year old female. She has a cat and a service dog. She is very clean, respectful and friendly. She would have her own room and you would have yours. Only the common spaces would be shared between the two of you.

In another part of the house lives 2 brothers and one of their girlfriends. They mostly keep to themselves and are friendly. You would only have shared laundry with them. Which they do on Sundays. They have their own space and separate entrance.
