Large and Comfortable House for Rent in Hamptons, NW, Calgary | Calgary

We have a large, beautiful, and affordable house in NW, Calgary. The house has two floors and a basement. The basement is also included (except for one bedroom in the basement). Our house has four bathrooms, three showers and a jacuzzi. There are three bedrooms on the second floor, one can be used as a gym. The master bedroom has its own bathroom (a shower and jacuzzi). There is a living room and a dining room and a kitchen on the main floor. There is a garage and a large backyard. In summertime, the backyard and front yard need to be mowed by the tenants every two weeks and in the wintertime, the sidewalk needs to be shoveled after snow.

The utilities are NOT included in the price. The house is also fully furnished, including fridge, stove, oven, dishes, sofa, TVs, dishwasher, laundry, etc. However, if you have your own bed and some small amounts of furniture, we can arrange them.

We are looking to rent our place for at least one year but can be extended to another year. We are also looking for quiet and clean tenants (individuals or family). Pets are allowed for small and relatively quiet pets. Smoking is NOT allowed under any circumstances.

The house is available for rent as of August or September 2025 (negotiable).
