Yet, we are NOT directly on a highway with all the traffic noise. The street parking is NOT busy at all. And as a corner house, we got about 5-6 street parking spot around the house.
- Green Area? yes, we got them as well. At the front door, you see the hilly Nose Creek Park, There is a driving range, bicycle route, walking path for your leisure time. Behind the house, there is Harvest Hill Park, which has a jogging path along the lake. It's only 3-5 mins of walk from the house.

- Corner lot, more openness to view and parking. 5-6 street parking available around our house
- Newer built house than most of the houses on Centre Street.
- Large and recently renovated kitchen, new stove, new dishwasher, new flooring, new microwave...etc.
- With a wet bar in lower level, that means more room for all to use.
- 2 pairs of Washer & Dryer. More usage time for everyone.

- At a high ground, no worries about flash flood from hail or storm.

All price include electricity, water, heat, internet / Wi-Fi / Telus 1 Gig. NO cable though. All rooms can be furnished or not. Ethernet Cable for internet is possible for some room, ask or details.

Will want to see credit history, employment record and history, and reference of previous landlord for tenants. If you are student, then a letter of admission or student card will be needed. We are looking for those who are responsible. Willing to clean up your own mess. No party and stuff. Computer Gamers are fine, as long as you don't shout , yell or bang on tables.
