L'appartement est un duplex en collocation avec une personne, a l'angle de l'avenue Mont Royal, proche de plusieurs arrets de bue (45, 10, 97, 27), et a proximite de plusieurs lignes de metro. Tout est inclus (eau, electricite, wifi, laveuse-secheuse) et les animaux ne sont pas permis! L'appartement fait 600 pieds carres; il manque les images du salon et de la cuisine mais je retourne bientot les prendre a l'appartement. Le lit montre dans la chambre va etre change pour etre plus confortable!

The apartment is a duplex on Mont Royal Avenue, near multiple bus stops (the 45, the 10, the 27 and the 97), 15 minutes from the Mont Royal metro, and 15 minutes by bus from the Papineau metro, with all the advantages that being on the Plateau brings! (Restaurants, pharmacies, shops, bars)

Smoking is totally fine outside (just not inside), and pets are not permitted.

The apartment in question is 600 square feet, recently renovated. Everything is included: internet, electricity, and water. The images are missing the living room and the kitchen, but I will return to the apartment soon to take them!
