The living space is between the bedrooms which creates privacy if you choose to live with a roommate. The living room has hardwood floor and plenty of wall space.
The Unit has an outdoor patio space and it faces the parking lot. It includes a connection for a BBQ natural gas line. Frosted sheets were added to the glass railing for privacy.
The building is private with no public access unless you have a key card to enter. The second set of doors to the building are always locked. The front doors are locked after 11:00pm
The Unit comes with a heated underground parking stall with a storage unit. Other parking stalls can be rented when come available.
The Unit is located on the main floor adjacent to the elevator providing easy access to the underground parking or to exit the building. The building has a gym located on the main floor which is only a few steps to the unit.
The condo is near transit system, LRT, grocery stores, gas stations and other restaurants. You are a few minutes to walking trails with ponds.
We ONLY take serious renter. The lease is for one-year or long-term renter. Face-covering is not mandated anymore, however we would prefer that you wear one and upon entering the condo you will need to sanitize your hands.
We've never had any issues with our previous renters. The condo unit has always been very well maintained and cleaned once the renter moved out. Everything is professionally cleaned as well as the carpet.
***Small dog could be negotiated but it will have to be approved by the condo management as per the new condo bylaw via a pet application.***
