The slope to the shore is very gradual. The lake is clean and ideal for swimming. (No motor boats are permitted.) - The dock provides a place to lay in the sun, swim and enjoy the company of family and friends. - Guests have access to a BBQ, a 4-seat paddle boat, a kayak and a large supply of life jackets are available. - Enjoy stunning views of the lake and mountains while enjoying your morning coffee on the oversized deck. Glass railings provide un-spoiled vistas. - Adults can relax on the deck while kids play safely in the water. - Love eating outside? Enjoy the sunset while dining outside on the large outdoor table. - The property offers a large grassy area providing lots of room for children to play. - Roast marshmallows at the large outdoor fire pit under the stars.
