The cottage was fully renovated six years ago and comes with Bell Fibe internet for those who want to work from home. Many possibilities for outdoor activities in the area as the cottage is a five-minute drive to Mont Ste Marie golf course and mountain bike trails. This lake is a fisherman's paradise (largemouth bass and pike- (licences to be purchased at the Bon Ami in the village) and is connected to the larger Lac Ste-Marie, which has a public boat launch. Bring your own boat and park it at our private dock and enjoy miles of boating in the area and into the Gatineau River. Beautiful lake views from the large deck with propane BBQ and seating for 6 diners. Kitchen is modern and fully equipped and includes 3 stainless steel appliances: a large fridge, stove, and Bosch dishwasher. Cottage is perfect for a family as it has 2 bedrooms (1 with one queen bed, second bedroom has twin bunk beds), plus a fully renovated bathroom with shower (no tub). Sleeps 4 inside and separate bunkie has two additional twin bunk beds (up to four extra people) but please note the bunkie has no electricity or running water. Sheets are provided, and cottage is professionally cleaned between renters. The lakefront is weedy, but you can enjoy 2 kids' kayaks, 1 kids' stand-up paddleboard, paddleboat, and a row boat.
