We built our retirement home on the golf course in Lyalta but will not be living there for at least one year. We are looking for a professional person or couple with no children or pets to reside in this home. There are many amenities aside from the quiet neighborhood and the beautiful views. The back of the house faces onto a tree farm, and the front of the house looks over T-Box #13. The house was built in 2024 and has never been lived in. There is air conditioning, gas furnace. Gas BBQ outlets on the large covered patio, underground sprinklers with timers, a low maintenance landscape (not completed yet). The security system is included in the rent. There is also a built in vacuum system. In the living room there is a fire place. There is a built in Wolf coffee machine for your use. The house is furnished but we can discuss weather or not the furnishings shall remain. We are looking for someone to take care of the property and be kind to the neighbors in a respectful way. Cleanliness is a must. The house has a basement living space which the renter will not have access to. Our home is located 25 minutes from Calgary International Airport. 20 minutes to Costco and 15 minutes to Strathmore.
