Female only shared 3 bedroom pet friendly townhouse | Edmonton

We are an active mother daughter household looking for a respectful kind female housemate to share our cozy 2 story duplex. Located in charming Forest Heights, the house is one block from public transport and the Rivervalley trails. 15 min drive to the UofA, 5 min to Concordia or Faculty St Jean and 8 min to King’s University. Pets are negotiable and must be fully house trained, non spraying and get along with the resident cat. The second floor private bedroom is unfurnished with room for a queen sized bed and a smaller desk. All other areas of the house are shared. Parking is on the street, all utilities and WiFi included. There is no cable or TV.
