The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, small appliances, cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils, storage ware and much more. In the living area enjoy a 50” TV with Premium Netflix service. The main bedroom has a comfortable King bed, the second bedroom a cozy Queen bed, the 4 piece bathroom includes a soaker tub. Linens (kitchen, bath, bedrooms) are all provided.

For short stays the rent is $3100 a month. If your stay is 3 to 6 months the rent is $2800/month; if you prefer a year contract, the monthly rent will be $2700. The rent includes utilities*, wireless internet, and laundry; the deposit is one month of rent.

* Utilities:

Landlord covers up to $500/month. Any overage is split 60% (main floor) / 40% (basement).
