For 1 person. It's very nice and cute. Small and studio style. It has a living area for a bed or hide a bed. It is not furnished. No separate bedroom. Kitchen has been renovated. Bathroom is a 3pc with a stand up shower. We have recently cut in a larger Window. It's just 3 blocks to UofC. Great for a student. Utilities included. Sorry absolutely no pets allowed.
