I’m looking for the right, responsible tenant(s) to take care of my home while I’m away. The property will be rented fully furnished, utilities, cable/internet included and fully equipped for 6 months from November 1 to April 30, 2026, with the possibility of extension. It is move in ready and very comfortably set up.

The condo is located in Bankview just off of 17th and is very convenient to major roads, downtown, along with many restaurants and shops.

This is an ideal space for someone traveling here for the winter season or seeking a short-term rental for a work contract. Although all applicants are welcome to apply no matter the circumstance. I’ve created a beautiful, intentional space, and I’m looking for someone who will treat it with the same care—respectful, clean, and mindful, as if it were their own.

The condo is almost 800 sq. ft., open concept, with 2 bedrooms (one currently set up as an office with a desk and piano), 1.5 bathrooms, deep soaker tub, a large balcony, and an in-suite washer and dryer. There is a lot of closet space and a massive pantry with all of the cleaning gear you need. 

The rent includes utilities, cable, and fiber optic internet. Recently painted and renovated, the home is warm, stylish, and incredibly cozy. There is a covered parking spot on the backside of the building and a lot of street parking.

Please note: the space is fully furnished and move-in ready. Nothing will be moved out, and there is no room for additional furniture. All of the furniture and most of the dishes and appliances are brand new.

Rent: $2,400/month

Damage Deposit: One month’s rent

Requirements: Proof of full-time work and income, plus at least 2 professional references.

If you need to move in sooner, we could prorate the rent for the last half of October as it will be vacant at that time.

I will also consider pets with an additional fee and the promise to respect the space and neighbors. If you have pets, please tell me more about them. My furniture is new and it's important that it still looks the same after your tenancy.
