The kitchen has a full sized fridge, oven, stove and microwave along with all your other day to day essentials you may need throughout your stay. Everything in the unit is currently brand new and never used!

Walking along the Bow River after grabbing your morning coffee and breakfast at the Simmons Building has never been easier.

-Parking:

Street parking is paid during the weekdays until 6:00 pm, paid parking lots are nearby. Free underground visitor parking for upwards to 48 hours available. The area is VERY accessible with most things being a 10 min walk at most. We are currently on the waitlist for a tenant parking spot.

There is roof top access if you would like to sit and enjoy a full city view while sipping on a drink, also a great place to catch the fireworks. Dog wash and bike storage also onsite. Fully secure building, with clean and modern touches.
