I have lived in my condo for 8 years and lived in the area of mission for 16 years. I just love it here. Overlooking the park, a 2 minute walk to the river, bike paths everywhere. A 2 minute walk to go through Lindsay Park. 4th Avenue is such an attractive area and trendy restaurants. The infamous Red Mile is just a few blocks down. Shoppers Drug Mart and Safeway a 2 minute walk. It's a fantastic area. So easy to meet people here. One of the most sought after areas in Calgary. You are walking distance to EVERYTHING! 10 min walk to the Earlton LRT. Bus stop 5 min away. Stampede grounds are right beside earlton LRT.

There is everything you could imagine for use in my condo. You will need for nothing. 2 years ago I put a beautiful walk in California Closet off the master bedroom. I just love my closet. Brand new washer and dryer front loaders. Storage locker downstairs. I sound proofed my ceiling.

I live now in Mexico. I do miss my little place in Calgary. I do not miss the winters LOL. Looking for somebody that will love my place like I have.
