We have a spacious and bright walk-out basement suite available for long-term lease! With full size windows, lots of space, a private covered outdoor area and large backyard, this is one of the best basement suites available in the community.

Primarily used as a short-term unit (with 4.9 stars and over 150 reviews), we're looking to sign on a more permanent tenant to live in our basement suite. 1 year lease preferred with potential opportunity to extend.

This basement suite has a private entrance through the backyard of the residence, full-sized east facing windows and a large bedroom with a walk-in closet to match. Hardwood floors throughout the unit are heated from beneath and keep the basement very cozy during the colder winter months. The fully loaded en-suite bathroom includes a his and hers sink and a standing shower with beautiful in-lay tiling. The bathroom works as a connector to the 2nd bedroom, great for a working space or a second bedroom. We have space for one vehicle to park on the driveway of the residence with additional vehicle parking nearby on the street. The culdesac area itself is very calm and feels very safe.

The suite is currently fully furnished - we are happy to offer both a furnished, half-furnished, or unfurnished suite tailored to the tenants needs.

Please note: There is no washer or dryer in the unit. Access for a washer and dryer can be discussed with landlord. There is no dishwasher in the kitchen.
