Our condo, on the 3rd floor, is completely outfitted and tastefully furnished. This luxury corner unit boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom offers you your own dressing room and private 4 piece bathroom. It boasts a deep set tub that is very soothing. There is a walk out deck complete with a table with 4 comfortable chairs as well to enjoy a coffee or beverage as you watch the sun rise or relax in the evening looking at the lights of downtown Calgary. Further, a new queen size Caspar bed on a frame with pull out drawers and 2 night stands as well as a lamp. All bedding and pillows are included for your comfort. There are 2 other bedrooms. One has a bed, dresser, lamp and closet. The middle bedroom is set up with a work station that contains 2 working desks. This room includes a WIFI HP printer and lamp.
The fully appointed kitchen with granite countertops, double deep sinks and stainless steel appliances, including: gas stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The unit has been freshly painted for your move-in and has brand new vinyl plank flooring through out the unit. It also boasts brand new Hunter-Douglas blinds for a modern and sophisticated look. Appliances have been updated in the last year as well. All lighting is new as well with LED sharpness.
