Rental includes utilities and high speed internet.  Master bedroom with attached bathroom in basement of home in Edgemont with lots of parking and close to bus station.  Also includes a living room with a fireplace of sorts.  I, the landlord lives upstairs but I'm not around november - march so you will get the whole place to yourself then.  During the winter will be responsible for clearing the snow from the sidewalk and walkway.
