Comfortably newly furnished, garden suite with own entrance and patio | Calgary

One bedroom furnished suite on city cycling/walkway in Signal Hill with your own entrance and outdoor patio facing the garden. This suite is suitable for one person or a couple and NOT suitable for a family. Full kitchen with lots of storage, a large fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom has a very deep soaker tub and shower. Living room has a gas fireplace, lots of storage for books and movies and a large tv with cable. Bedroom has a queen bed and LOTS of closet space. . Huge oven and mounted plates for cooking. Shared washer dryer on main level at no extra cost but no scented products. Space outside for a BBQ on patio that already has a table and chairs. Please, no smoking in or on the property. We would consider an indoor cat.. Please email me as our phone is not being reliable. Bus stop within a block.
