It is close to No. 27 bus stop and within walking distance to the University Heights strip mall and Tuscany Village. 10 minutes walk to Thrifty’s, 5 minutes walk to Gordon Head Recreation Centre.The rent for a single bedroom upstairs is $880. You will be sharing the common area. Currently there is 1 female student attending UVIC. There are 2 bedrooms available for rent.There are various quality of life upgrades in the townhouse such as brand new central air cconditioning, automatic sensor kitchen faucet, new low water usage toilets, storage shack for bicycles, new microwave and new washer and dryer.
