Our newly renovated and fully furnished two-story townhouse is available on a month-to-month basis from April to mid-October. Walk, drive or cycle right up to your front door or walk/cycle on the magical paths through the woods to your backdoor, you have many options!

A rare find located in a quiet neighbourhood in the woods, on the creek and moments walk to transit, grocery stores, downtown shops, music venues, restaurants, bars (you can go dancing on Friday and Saturday nights and just walk a couple of blocks home), tennis courts and the amazing Elevation Place Recreation Centre with a pool, water slide, climbing wall and library. You don’t need a car to live here!

Neighbourhood bus stops will take you to the many hiking and mountain bike trailheads here in Canmore and beyond and to Banff, where you catch a free bus to the local ski hills: Norquay, Sunshine and Lake Louise. There are also daily buses and shuttles that go to/from Canmore to Calgary and to the Calgary International Airport. Local transit is FREE in the town of Canmore making it easy to get around town and to the Canmore Nordic Centre. The Canmore Nordic Centre is a world class cross country and biathlon ski and mountain bike and frisby golf facility that attracts National Cross Country, Biathlon and Mountain Bike teams from all over the world to train and compete in World Cups, International, and Olympic competitions.

Our comfortable, cozy and tastefully furnished home has hardwood and slate throughout, stunning mountain views from all the windows, our private front deck and fenced patio.

The main floor features an open-concept kitchen, living room and a half-bath, two private entrances and direct access to the fenced backyard patio in the woods with creek and mountain views. Maybe you will decide to start your day there with a coffee on the creek? Our fully stocked kitchen offers essential appliances: refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, cookware, cutlery, cups/glasses, bakeware and dinnerware. It is a great kitchen for those who love to cook and you'll love the Bose Bluetooth speaker!

The second floor features a master bedroom with a comfy king size bed and TV with theatre quality sound; a second bedroom with a queen size Murphy bed that easily converts to a room for kids to play, to just sit and relax, or an office area; a den containing a comfortable high-end queen size sofa bed (perfect for use by a small adult or children), a 6’x2’ desk perfect for a couple of lap tops, two comfortable bar stools at the large window where you look at an entire mountain range, and the home theatre system. Also upstairs are the washer and dryer and the main bathroom with a jacuzzi soaker tub and shower.

Outside, the south-facing private front deck provides an amazing view of the mountains and the big sky that the valley is famous for and is a wonderful spot to enjoy your morning coffee, a meal or a beverage while reading a book. The fenced, north-facing rear patio is in the woods, on the creek and has awesome mountain views and access to the walking/cycling paths. The chef-quality BBQ, table and chairs, and surroundings provide a great environment for entertaining or just relaxing with a simple cup of coffee. There’s a spot for your bikes and skis too!
