Looking for a ROOMMATE to rent my fully furnished space in my townhouse (one tenant only). Located in Beddington NW. This would be shared accommodations with myself.    Therefore,  you do need to work outside of the home. You would have your own bedroom, own bathroom and your own living room/TV area. Kitchen and laundry area would be shared. You do not have your own entry point. There is an outdoor patio area with a small yard. I do have two small non shedding dogs (Yorkie & Frenchie) that live in the house with me. Parking would be on the street and there is also visitor parking available. You must be employed or actively going to school. (therefore University students are welcome). Looking for someone who is considerate and able to keep their space clean. Location is close to bus routes and grocery stores. U of C is 14 minutes away and downtown is about a 18 minute drive. If you enjoy hiking and biking Nose Hill Park is very close. If you are a traveler the airport is just a quick 8 minutes away. Looking forward to meeting you.
