I will be going to school in Saskatoon starting September, and am looking for someone to rent my house while I attend university. One year lease to begin with, longer terms negotiable afterwards. Proof of employment and additional information required upon interest.

The house is currently fully furnished. I am happy to leave certain items for your benefit, or clear the the space entirely.

I am hoping to find a responsible and tidy tenant for this comfortable 3-bedroom house. The basement will not be rented out separately, the entire place is yours.

New triple pane windows keep the house cool during the summer (around 19°C) and keep the utility costs down during the year (average $350 per month).

The basement has in-suite laundry with lots of space to store belongings and set up gaming/craft/workshop area.

Large backyard with deck and patio is able to host BBQ's with ease, and ambient lighting allows for entertaining into the evening. This house has back alley access, which means garbage bins do not need to be moved for disposal on a weekly basis.

There is easy access to the Henday, and the house is close to the Grey Nuns Hospital. There is also a bus stop down the street, with an LRT station a short distance. The neighborhood has many grocery stores and there is lots of parking on the driveway/street. Garage parking at extra cost.

Carpets and house will be cleaned before I leave.

No parties, no smoking, and no pets, please.

Rent: $1900 plus utilities

*utilities will be in my name and will be added to subsequent months rent

About Me:

I am a 33 year old male, who will be attending school for a professional degree out of province. This is my home, and I care deeply about it. I am renting it out to help mitigate what will be a very expensive 3 year endeavor. My place is not 'fancy' by any means, but it is well maintained and offers an affordable opportunity for detached house living while saving on rent. My hope is this will be a mutually benefitable arrangement for both of us. After taxes and expense I do not expect to make a profit, but will be able to rent an apartment for my studies.
