The space is unfurnished, with the use of one parking space on the driveway (additional parking available on the street). Utilities are split with the lower suite 50/50 (recent solar panel installation helps lower the cost of electricity). Tenant is responsible for their own internet/cable through Rogers Telecommunications, and must secure tenant’s insurance. No pets allowed, as two dogs live in the basement. Lawn maintenance, snow removal, and garbage/recycling duties will be shared with the basement. Applications will undergo a credit check, and must include proof of employment and references.
