-We are looking for someone to do a lease takeover on our pet-friendly 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom main floor apartment with a fully fenced yard located in Falconridge. There is one year remaining on our lease and then it is up for renewal.
This apartment has two bedrooms that can fit a queen bed and the master bedroom can fit a king sized bed. The master has a two piece ensuite and two closets. There's a storage closet at the end of the hallway with built in shelving and additional hanging space. The front yard is fully fenced in with a beautiful tree. The kitchen comes with a stove, oven, washer, and dryer.
Our landlord is amazing, super attentive and quick to responding to emails. We get along well with all our neighbours and this really has been a lovely area to live in the past few years. There’s three schools around the property and an off-leash dog park just down the street. Tons of street parking and one designated parking pad at the back of the property.
This place would be great for animal lovers with a dog park down the street, as a family home with schools walking distance away, or for students as the bus route to the C-train is literally right outside the door.
Reason for moving: I got a new job across the city and am unable to manage the commute everyday. Truly sad to let this place go but ready for this new adventure.
