Renting my adorable two bedroom 1911 home in Inglewood. This house comes with fenced front and back yards, single garage (double, but half is used for storage) and the actual best neighbours! Within walking distance to some of the cutest eateries, coffee shops and breweries, this place is ideal for tasters. Also within walking distance is the Inglewood Bird Sanctuary, Harvie Passage, and the Bow River pathway, if you're into the outdoors. The place comes furnished with brand new mattresses, beds, and chairs! Internet, gas, electricity and water are all included too :)

Walk through the white picket fence into the front clover lawn where you will be greeted by a bright pink door and recently (2020) constructed front porch (comes with rocking chairs). Inside you will see a spacious living room with original wood floors, exposed brick and high ceilings. As you can see in the photos, the east and west facing windows offer plenty of light. Off the living room are two bedrooms with barn doors; one is larger and comes with a built-in Ikea PAX closet system, and the other is smaller and has gorgeous morning sun. The kitchen is equipped with butcher block counters, a farm style sink and updated light fixtures (kitchen renos done in 2018). Off the kitchen is the bathroom which has recently been redesigned with new tiles and paint (2021) and comes with a ridiculous amount of cupboard space (truly, I could not take photos of them all!). Also off the kitchen is what I call the "secondary kitchen", an add-on which provides extra room for kitchen things and mud room space. From here you can head outside to a brick patio (installed in 2017), wooden walkway, gardens, fire pit, apple trees and all of the afternoon and evening sunlight. At the end of the wooden walkway is an extra large double garage with insulated and finished walls, and an installed heavy bag. Instead of going outside from the "secondary kitchen" you can head downstairs into the basement where the laundry machines live. All appliances, furnace, water heater, etc. are in excellent working order! You will love living in such a warm, cozy, unique and centrally located place.
