The unit comes with one parking stall and one storage space. There are also 2 large ikea pax units in the flex room for additional storage.

My amazing tenant is moving in with his partner and I’m hoping to find another great tenant for the space. Employment & personal references will be checked, looking for mature clean and respectful applicants.

Full disclosure, the building is going through a pipe replacement project and at some point in the next few months, contractors will require access to the suite for about 6 days. You will still be able to live in the suite but if it becomes too inconvenient we have a second guest suite in valleycliff you can occupy during that time of need be.
