We are an active all female household looking for a respectful kind female housemate to share our cozy 2 story duplex. Located in charming Forest Heights, the house is one block from public transport and the Rivervalley trails. 15 min drive to the UofA, 5 min to Concordia or Faculty St Jean and 8 min to King’s University. Pets are negotiable and must be fully house trained, non spraying and used to living with a cat. The second floor private bedroom is unfurnished with room for a queen sized bed and a smaller desk. All other areas of the house are shared. Parking is on the street, all utilities and WiFi included. There is no cable or TV.
