I’m looking for a female roommate (preferably a fellow university student) to share a two bedroom apartment with. Your share of the rent would be $903, heat and water included.

(Wifi is $35 and electricity fluctuates between $40 and $60 depending on the time of year)

About the Apartment and Property?:

The apartment building is two blocks from the U of A and LRT station, several grocery stores, Shoppers Drugmart and the bank. Two bedrooms with a shared three piece bathroom. Fully furnished, spacious, well lit living room/common area with a cozy kitchen (also furnished) just around the corner. The available bedroom will not be furnished. The building has a small gym on the first floor and an outdoor bbq area around the back of the building.

Parking is available for an additional monthly charge.

Must be ok with a cat?

About the Roomie:

I am a full time Veterinary Technology student at NAIT who really values a quiet, clean, (reasonably) organized shared environment and would really like a roommate who shares that as well. Outside of school, I love sewing, watching movies and cartoons/anime, writing and cooking.

Nearby Transit??:

2 blocks from both the Health Sciences and University LRT stations and the U of A’s bus bay from which you can get to almost anywhere in the city.
