I am a 2nd year UofA engineering student and would prefer a fellow engineering student to share this space, but consideration will be given to anyone friendly, tidy and responsible. No parties happening in this apartment. If this ad is up, the room is available. Tenant must be accepted by the Building Management Company as well. I am a super easy-to-get-along with and easygoing person.

Your bed/desk is NOT included but kitchen is fully stocked and so is living room furniture. Bike storage is available.
