She is clean, respectful, and professional. She has been an amazing tenant so far and has great past references.

The ideal tenant we are looking for to fill the second bedroom with a private bathroom is a mature individual either working in a full-time position or attending undergraduate/post-graduate school and must be clean, respectful and professional.
