You will be sharing the common areas with 1 other male tenant who is a grad student at the UofA. There is laminate hardwood flooring in the kitchen and bedrooms. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a gas stove, and you will have your own washer and dryer. Very close to Calgary Trail and South Edmonton Common.

The bus is 13 minutes from either Century Park or Southgate LRT station. Available May 1st. No pets, and deposit is 1 month rent. 8 month lease term minimum, and if you sign for 1 year you get a slight discount.
