One is a remote worker, often away for work, the other works locally but very private in his own space. This room would be most be ideal for a student or professional who is quiet who appreciates the same. This is not a party house.

• Smoking/420 is fine outdoors, not inside.
• House has 2 clean and cute cats, so whomever moves in must like/tolerate cats. No new pets can move in, sorry.

Room rental comes with full access to main living areas of house, including laundry, kitchen, living room, all utilities incl. in rent. There is a large walk-in closet in the room but very little storage space in the rest of the house, so someone without a lot of belongings is best. The current furnishings can be removed for your own, if you prefer.
