The house is located in the Hamptons in Edmonton. It is close to the Henday and the Whitemud, with a Costco close by. The house is a 3 bed 3.5 bath. The available space is 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

The main floor has the shared living room, kitchen, and half bath. The basement is finished, with laundry and a large soaker tub. There is room for 1 additional car in the detached garage. The house is fully furnished, but the available bedrooms are not.

Rent is $900 a month, all utilities included. A damage deposit, a lease, and references are required. No smoking, no drugs. No pets, but you must be okay with the 2 cats already living here.

Roommate is a 30 year old female that works part time and is in school part time. Pretty quiet. Looking for a roommate (1 person) who is generally responsible, has a stable source of income, and cleans up after themselves.
