You will be living with your landlord who is a Registered Nurse working full time, has 2 school aged very well behaved boys that are around every other week, as well as another tenant. I am a pretty quiet guy and looking for roommates who will be respectful of a homelike environment. Ideal applicants would be students or professionals (Must be reasonably quiet, Clean and Tidy, No Smoking of any kind, No Drugs, No Loud Parties but small gatherings allowed, No Pets). My boys will be in school/day care most of the day when I have them, or we'll be out a lot when the weather is nice especially on weekends. Sorry no pets as I have cats already. Cats are older and just sleep most of the time.
