It's only 2 blocks to transit; 18 minutes to Ctrain, Or there is lots of good safe street parking on Diamond boulevard. The hone is minutes from anywhere in Calgary by car. I can be home in 12 - 15 minutes from a night out at the Jubilee or the airport is only 19-22 minutes away straight up Deerfoot. It is an Excellent Excellent location and will definitely get better once the amazing Deerfoot construction ends. And the construction is not issue at this time.

My housemates and I are very trustworthy, polite and social but at the same time truly do honour individual privacy and know how to politely ask for our privacy too. Many past housemates have remained good friends, even after they've moved back east.
