Beautiful NEW bed/bath fully furnished available from Sept 15 to April 30, 2025. (Stays outside of these dates can be considered and may be subject to higher rates). This new space feels like a mountain retreat, and is furnished with a queen bed and luxury mattress, and a full sized closet. The roll-over table provides the option of working or binging your favorite show from the comfort of your own bed. The ensuite full sized bathroom is modern and very functional.

In addition to the private bed & bath, you will have primary use of the large family room area which includes a fireplace and big screen tv. There is ample room for office or gym space. The shared main level is filled with natural light. The fully renovated (2023) living/dining room and kitchen have all the space and amenities you will need.

About Me: I am a professional semi-retired woman in my mid-60's. Although I can be outgoing, I enjoy a quiet home. I spend most of my time on the private upper level where I work and have a tv space. I take pride in providing a very comfortable environment for all my guests and tenants as is reflected in my online reviews. I am a Rotarian and absolutely love meeting people from all over the world.

The dogs: Kali and Ravi are two 50 lb Goldendoodles who really enjoy the company of others. While they can be exuberant when first meeting you, they settle quickly. They have a strong presence in the home so it is VERY important that you LOVE DOGS and have experience being around them. They are not permitted in your private space, and can be on the family room level by invitation only. They spend most of their time on the main level and outside in the yard. Unfortunately, I am unable to accomodate other pets on the property.

My home is situated on a quiet street in the SE community of Queensland. The neighbors are quiet and very pleasant. It is walking distance to stores and the bus stop is close by. There is ample parking on the property. It is a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Fish Creek Park and to the city-wide pathway system. Queensland is close to 3 main arterial roads that will get you to any destination quickly regardless of time of day.

The tenant I am looking for:

* Quiet, responsible, good references

* Stable income

* Socializes primarily outside of the home

* Non-smoker, non-vaper, responsible or non-drinker

* Excellent with dogs

There may be opportunity to earn some extra money doing odd jobs. This is not an expectation - just an opportunity.

I prefer a month-to-month contract to ensure everyone is happy. The maximum stay is from September 15, 2025 to May 15, 2025 for the rate posted. A longer stay may be negotiated.
