The room is spacious and cozy, and it comes with everything you’ll need. There’s a brand-new IKEA double bed with a new Bedstory 10-inch hybrid mattress, a king-size pillow, a side table, and a study desk with a chair. You’ll also have your own fan, parabolic heater, heated blanket, and humidifier—so you’ll be comfortable in every season(please check all pictures).

Right outside the room is a clean 4-piece bathroom that’s shared with just one other female tenant, who’s a working professional. She’s been living here for over a year and a half and is rarely home because she juggles one full-time job and two casual jobs. There’s also a convenient powder room on the main floor that you can access anytime.

What makes this room really stand out is the size and setup. It’s about 150 square feet, has two windows (a large and a small one) that bring in great natural light, and a big closet with lots of storage. Despite being fully furnished with essentials like a desk and side table, there’s still plenty of room to move around.

You won’t need to bring much because almost everything is already here and included in the rent. That means unlimited laundry access, high-speed internet with no device limits, kitchen appliances like a microwave, toaster, and kettle, as well as plates, glasses, bowls, cutlery (all disposable), and even a water filter pitcher for clean drinking water.
