My House is on a quiet street with ample parking, a large fenced backyard with a deck.

Only the main and upper floors are available for use with a full size bathroom to be shared with another tenant. A full sized kitchen with brand new appliances and a breakfast area. Also a large living room with new sectional and new 75 inch TV with Netflix, Prime and Paramount + available to enjoy. A half bathroom is also on the main floor along with a large shared main floor laundry room with brand new whirlpool washer and dryer.
