In the building there is a free gym, sauna, tennis court, and games room.

Really close to Chinook mall, about a 15 min walk, as well as a 12 min walk to 39th ave C-Train station. There is also a bus stop right outside the apartment building, that can take you to Chinook train station quickly.

Please note - the lease will be renewed in May, which will result in a rent increase. Open to discussion when that time comes.

About the Roommate: I am a young gay man, I work in healthcare and love my job. I’m a huge music nerd, and enjoy spending my free time either reading, going for long walks, bouldering nearby, or playing games. Really relaxed, and quiet as I enjoy my space and my noise cancelling headphones. I stay tidy and keep to a cleaning schedule for my things.
