This space features two living areas (one off the front porch and the other off the upper deck); a front porch to enjoy on a sunny afternoon if you like heat or a great place to cool off in the morning or evening; an upper back deck to enjoy the morning sun (typically surrounded by organic fruits and veggies); and various small gardens.

Overall, a variety of great spaces for times when you want to connect and enjoy each other's company... or just want to unwind on your own.

The front room is furnished and furnishings in the second living room are negotiable if you have your own. Utilities 30%. Internet included.

You will be sharing the space with one friendly professional who loves to cook and enjoys great conversation with someone who values communication, but who also enjoys time alone and shares similar values.

Shared space includes :

• Fridge; stove; microwave; Nespresso machine; soaker tub and shower;
• Full access to back yard (help yourself to fresh garden vegetables and whatever fruits decide to show themselves in season);

• Shared laundry (free - no saving your coins!)

A short drive or a decent walk to one of our best provincial park areas! 1 block to buses, 2 blocks to Shopper's Drug Mart, Starbucks, Tim Horton's, Sobeys, restaurants, etc., and a short drive to a variety of other shopping amenities.
